Time: 7:25AM Kerry Forest or 8:15AM (Best guess since this is a new ride)
Workout: Social ride out from Kerry Forest, a challenging two 23.5 mile laps with attacks, then a easy ride back home. The full ride is about 80 miles.
*Recommend to have parent drive 12+ AL to ride for a one loop with the group as long as possible.
